OFT Invite Comments on Home Credit

The Office of Fair Trading are inviting interested agencies to submit comments on the home credit industry as part of their initial assessment of the National Consumer Council's super-complaint, submitted in June. Comments need to be submitted by 5th July. A copy of the invitation letter, detailing the issues in which the OFT are particularly interested, can be downloaded here.
